What's your favorite appetizer to order at a restaurant?
Anything that requires sharing. We usually order a chips and dip sort of thing and Dominic LOVES mozzarella sticks. At the depot - the best restaurant in Robertson County they have fried pickles - yummo.

Who's the coolest culinary celebrity?
I LOVE Rachel Ray. I know there are some that don't. But anyone who can throw seemingly delish meal together cheaply and fastly....(is that a word?) I am a fan of. Oh and Ramsey, I would love to take a cooking lesson from him as well.
I have to share also that my husband idolizes Alton Brown. He thinks he is the coolelst. We bought our first Alton Brown cookbook and he has been all over it. Last night he made southern fried steak, tonight olive stuffed pork tenderloin... so I'm a fan as well. this was a good question.
What is the best beer on planet Earth?

Hmmmm. Well, i do enjoy a good cold beer occasionally. But the best on the Planet? Thats an incredibly broad question.... Right now I'm loving Pumpkin Head, it goes with the season, I enjoy lighter beers but I am always up for a Black and Tan or a straight up Guiness... Just depends. But good beer can go with everything. It just depends on the season and mood.
