QotD: Won't You Be My Neighbor?

What are your neighbors like? (The ones you live near or next to, not the ones in your Vox neighborhood!)

Our neighbors are also our landlords. They are awesome and really great. They have never over stepped boundries and always let us know when they will need to be in the house. Charlie, the husband is retired and works around the house and on their land all day. He mows and has lots of side projects. He is also a talker and will shoot the breeze about any and everything. Sandy, the Wife still works for metro nashville as a physical education teacher. She is very nice and very direct, I think she spends time keeping Charlie in line. LOL and Leslie is their daughter. She is very sweet and runs up and down the driveway all day. She is also deaf, but reads lips pretty well and LOVES to write back and forth to Dominic when they sit on the porch.
It's almost pool season next door and we have free reign on their pool also, So i'm really looking forward to that as well.
